The South Circuit is nearing readiness for independent use, and Certificates of Occupancy for garage condos are on the horizon. These advancements bring us closer to realizing our vision of Michigan’s premier automotive destination—a place where innovation, community, and motorsport converge.

Drivers Club Members: Quarterly updates will focus on track operations, session management, safety protocols, instruction opportunities, and exclusive event programming—all designed to elevate your motorsports experience.
Garage Condo Owners: You’ll receive dedicated communications on continued condo construction, interior design guidance, community insights, and security updates to support your investment and ownership journey.
