The Motorsports Gateway Howell automotive district showcases an internationally developed private driving circuit. Each luxury garage condo on this property includes a track-front view, first floor patio, and second-level balcony. The district also features an Entertainment Zone and Automotive Innovation Park to provide additional amenities and entertainment to garage condo owners, members, and the public. This automotive district is less than a mile from the heart of downtown Howell, making it a dynamic destination for any automotive enthusiast.

Yes, the annual budget and HOA dues will be established by The Board of Directors (an elected assembly of garage condo owners).
We're on track to begin delivering keys for garage condos shortly after the South Circuit is completed.
Garage condo owners can utilize their unit(s) for overnight stays. Garage condo units are not permitted as permanent residences.
Each garage condo is track-fronting with a ground level patio and second level balcony. Each unit is positioned side-by-side, ensuring no unit has more than two neighbors. This provides natural lighting from both the front and back of each unit and more privacy for our owners. Learn more about our garage condos.

The Motorsports Gateway Howell Drivers Club is a private automotive enthusiast organization. A Drivers Club Membership provides access to the private drivers circuit and off-track amenities like Members Clubhouse. Learn more about our memberships
Drivers Club Memberships include an initiation charge and annual dues. These fees vary with membership availability. For the latest pricing information, please contact our Sales Team.
Our Drivers Club Memberships are non-equity. However, Members are allowed to sell their membership at market rate. Members benefit from this option because in the future, the initiation charge for a Drivers Club Membership will increase. Members are given the autonomy to determine the price of their membership, if they choose to sell to another party.
The Motorsports Gateway Howell Drivers Club is only offering 150 memberships for the first year of operation.
The Motorsports Gateway Howell Drivers Club offers Individual and Corporate Memberships.
Family privileges are included with an Individual Drivers Club Membership.
Guest privileges are included in an Individual and Corporate Drivers Club Membership.
A Drivers Club Membership entitles members and their guests to a minimum of 120 track days annually.

The Track was developed in partnership with Driven International. This driving circuit stretches 40-feet wide with cambered corners and flows with the natural elevation changes in the land. The Track also includes generous paved runoff to aid in protecting drivers' vehicles. The Track follows FIA grade safety standards. Learn more about The Track
The South Circuit is 1.75 miles long. The full circuit (North & South Circuits) has a projected minimum of 2.5 miles long. There is possibility for extension.

Yes, Drivers Club members will have access to on-track amenities like group and individual driver instruction.
Ride along and lead-follow events are on schedule to be available on the South Circuit in summer of 2024. Independent driving is on schedule to be available to our members in the summer of 2025.
The North Circuit is scheduled to be ready for operation by the summer of 2025.
The South Circuit will be available to Drivers Club members a minimum of 120 days annually.
Yes, The Track will be equipped with a noise drive-by monitoring system. This technology is common for professional driving circuits (e.g. Silverstone Circuit). The drive-by noise limit is 108db.
