Construction Update: Building 1 Foundation Complete

As the seasons transition from fall to winter, we’ve made the most of every opportunity to advance work on the Garage Condo Community at Motorsports Gateway Howell.
Vertical construction of Garage Condo Building 1 is officially underway, with foundational trenching, concrete pouring, and the placement of key steel structural components now completed. This four-unit building, similar in design to Building 7 constructed earlier in 2024, occupies a prime location overlooking Turns 2, 3, and 4 of the South Circuit. Offering sweeping views uphill toward Turn 1, Building 1 will also serve as a the first structure observed as Drivers Club members, owners, and guests arrive at Motorsports Gateway Howell.
Weather permitting, enclosure of Building 1 will begin, with all necessary structural materials already on-site in Howell. Additionally, trenching for Garage Condo Building 2, our first six-unit structure, is slated to commence as weather conditions allow, ensuring continued steady progress as we move into 2025.
Per Motorsports Gateway’s Milestone Pricing timeline, the 30-day countdown for unit price increase in Building 1 will begin January 6th, 2025.
Effective February 8th, 2025, Building 1 units will increase from:
Interior Unit: $536,300 to $557,500
End Unit: $564,300 to $593,500
