Motorsports Gateway Howell Begins Construction

JANUARY 9TH, 2023

We're excited to announce that we have started construction on our 273-acre automotive district in Howell, Michigan. The South Circuit will be available to Drivers Club Members by the end of the summer of 2023, and we're on track to begin delivering keys for garage condos shortly after the South Circuit is completed.

Motorsports Gateway Howell will be an exciting destination experience for automotive enthusiasts to enjoy their passion for motorsports in a safe and controlled environment. We're proud to officially become a part of the Howell, Michigan, community and happy to bring new jobs and revenue to the area.

We're thrilled to have started construction on our automotive district, and we look forward to welcoming our first Drivers Club Members in the near future. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to make progress on this exciting development!
