Construction Update: Major Progress in Michigan Construction Season at Motorsports Gateway Howell

As we power through the 2024 Michigan Construction Season, Motorsports Gateway Howell continues to make remarkable strides in bringing our state-of-the-art automotive development to life. This month's updates are filled with significant progress across various facets of our project.

Circuit Developments
Our team has completed the installation of 50% of the edge drain system, crucial for the longevity and safety of our track. The groundwork has seen substantial enhancements with two proof rolls executed, affirming the rapid hardening of the sub-grade, ensuring optimal stability and a solid foundation of our circuit. The anticipated placement of the circuit sub-base is scheduled for July, setting the stage for the base course.

Stormwater Management Infrastructure
We've achieved full completion of the sediment basins, which play a vital role in managing runoff and protecting the local ecosystem. Additionally, the inlet and outlet structures for basins1, 2, and 3 have been successfully installed. The construction of the retaining wall for basin number 3 is nearly finished, further solidifying our commitment to environmental stewardship.

Garage Condo Progress
Building 7 is rapidly transforming from blueprint to reality. The roof installation is now complete, and the frames for garage doors and windows have been set. Enclosure materials have arrived on-site, paving the way for full enclosure. These developments move us closer to offering our owners a premier automotive lifestyle experience.
