The construction of Motorsports Gateway Howell (MGH) has been a labor of passion and persistence for the past 10 months. From a dense, 50-acre wooded forest to a meticulously carved landscape, the progress has been nothing short of remarkable. The Road to Transformation
Our mission transcends the creation of a racetrack; we aim to deliver an unparalleled motorsport experience. Our team is diligently working on multiple fronts. Stormwater management and the final cutting-in of the track is ready to be put in place, with the base of the track also on the horizon, pending favorable weather conditions. We're preparing to dig the trenches for garage condo foundations, with the anticipation that, weather permitting, those foundations will be complete by the year's end. The pouring of foundations marks a significant step that will allow us to carry on with construction even during the winter months.
