Rough Earth Works Completion
One significant milestone in our journey is the completion of rough earthworks for the circuit, garage condos, and private access roads. The landscape has been sculpted to provide the foundation for the thrilling features that await our community members.

Materials In Stock
To keep the momentum going, we've secured an ample stock of materials for our private access roads and landscaping. These resources are being regularly delivered and stored on-site, ensuring an uninterrupted flow of necessary resources and enabling us to maintain construction efficiency.

Preparing for Precision
As we shift our focus to the next phase, fine grading for the track and condos, meticulous preparation is underway. This phase is set to commence shortly after we finalize the track geometry for the updated circuit design. Every detail has carefully considered to create an environment that meets the level of excellence we strive for at MGH.

Expanding Horizons
Our commitment to innovation and excellence is evident in the expansion of our track features. In line with the updated design, we've been diligently clearing additional land to accommodate these exciting additions.
