Garage Condo Trenching

We will see the beginning of trenching work for our exclusive garage condos in April. This step has been rescheduled to minimize disruption and take advantage of the most favorable weather conditions. Current owners can expect to receive a special announcement providing advanced notice with the exact start date of this work.

Exclusive Garage Condo Opportunity

With foundations about to be laid, interest in our garage condos has continued to grow, granting the need for our current waitlist. Considering the high demand, we've thoughtfully set aside several units to be sold post-construction. This method allows buyers to engage directly with the finishing process, and ensures that a variety of options remain open for future owners. Our team is currently on a sales hold as we refine this new process. Sales are anticipated to resume this spring, accompanied by a structured pricing increase to mirror the exceptional value and exclusivity these condos offer. Building Onwards and Upwards

Materials for garage condo structures have been ordered, with deliveries scheduled to start arriving in May. This phase marks a significant milestone in our project, as we begin to see the vertical rise of structures that will define the Motorsports Gateway Howell skyline.

Paddock and Access Road Progress

Progress continues on the paddock, storm water management system, and temporary access roads; critical components of our infrastructure that will support both the immediate needs of construction and the long-term enjoyment of our facilities. Fine millings and rolling of the access roads will commence closer to the track's operation this summer, ensuring they're in prime condition for the soft opening this summer.
